Do I need to provide water and electricity?
Yes. We require access to a suitable water supply and electricity to carry out our mobile car detailing services.
How long does car detailing take?
The time required depends on your vehicle’s size, condition and selected service. Basic exterior cleaning takes less time than full detailing or machine polishing. We can provide an estimated duration when you book.
What’s the difference between Interior Reset and Full Detail?
Interior Reset focuses on cleaning your vehicle’s cabin, including vacuuming, dashboard cleaning, interior trims, cup holders and windows.
Full Detail combines interior cleaning with a complete exterior wash, giving your vehicle a refresh inside and out.
Does Full Detail include steam cleaning?
Carpet and upholstery steam cleaning and extraction are optional extras, quoted separately unless specifically included in your package.
Can you remove all stains from carpets and seats?
We can treat many common stains using appropriate cleaning methods. However, results depend on the stain, fabric type and how long it has been present. Complete removal cannot always be guaranteed.
What’s the difference between 1-stage and 2-stage polishing?
A 1-stage polish improves gloss and reduces minor swirl marks and light imperfections.
A 2-stage cut and polish uses an initial cutting stage followed by a finishing stage to reduce more noticeable defects and improve paint clarity.
Will cut and polish remove all scratches?
No. Polishing can reduce some light scratches and swirl marks, but deep scratches, stone chips and peeling clear coat may require professional paint repairs.
How often should I polish my car?
Machine polishing should only be carried out when necessary because it removes a small amount of paint or clear coat. Regular washing and suitable protection help maintain your vehicle’s finish.
Do you offer headlight restoration?
Yes. Headlight restoration starts from $50 per headlight for small vehicles and $60 per headlight for medium and large vehicles. Results depend on lens condition.
Do you clean heavily soiled vehicles?
Heavily soiled vehicles may require extra cleaning and additional charges. Vehicles affected by heavy red dust contamination are not currently serviced.
What happens if it rains on my booking day?
Certain services require suitable weather. If conditions prevent us from completing the work safely, we will contact you to arrange another suitable time.
